    CONSTRUCTION

    • The Body of this garment is worked in the round from ribbed hem to underarm. The yoke is then divided into two pieces (Front and Back), each of which is worked flat to the tops of shoulders.
    • Each sleeve is worked in the round from cuff to underarm. After underarm stitches are bound off, sleeve cap is worked flat for the remainder of Sleeve.
    • Neckband is picked up and worked circularly after garment assembly.


    FINISHED DIMENSIONS

    • 32¾ (35¼, 37, 39¾, 41½)” circumference at chest
    • Sample is shown in size 32¾ with 1″ ease on model

    GAUGE

    • 18 stitches & 28 rows/rounds = 4″ in Stockinette Stitch with Gauge Needle
    • 33-stitch lace center panel measures 6″ wide (relaxed)


    NEEDLES

    • One 24″ or 32″ circular and one set of double-pointed needles (DPNs) in size needed to obtain Stockinette Stitch gauge
    • One 24″ or 32″ circular needle and one set of DPNs one size smaller than Gauge Needle
    • Suggested sizes: US 7/5 mm & US 6/3.75 mm
